Ingredients

  • 1 Large FARMHOUSE EGG®
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Whey Casein Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (or AP Flour)

Preparation

  1. Preheat waffle iron and grease with oil spray.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour half batter into waffle iron and cook 2-3 minutes until done. Repeat with remaining batter.
  4. Top with berries, nuts and maple syrup.
