Ingredients
- 2 slices of sweet potato
- 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®, hard-boiled
- 1 avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place slices of sweet potato into the toaster. Toast to preferred tenderness.
- Mash and/or slice avocado and place on toasted sweet potato
- Slice hard-cooked eggs and place atop avocado
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
