Ingredients

  • 2 Farmhouse Eggs
  • 1 Choice of Bun
  • 8 oz lean ground beef
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 leaf of romaine lettuce

Preparation

  1. Slice a bun in half and toast until golden brown; cool completely and set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill and prepare two 4-ounce burgers, adding your favorite seasoning.
  3. Grill for approximately 5 minutes per side.
  4. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, spray non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Once hot, crack two eggs and cook until whites are cooked through.
  6. To assemble each burger, top the bun with lettuce, the burger, egg and and tomato. Add your favorite condiments and enjoy.
