Ingredients
- 1 bag spinach
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®, hard-cooked
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup croutons
Preparation
- Add 1/2 bag of spinach to each bowl.
- Top equally with chopped bacon, chopped tomatoes, croutons, and 1/2 avocado.
- Slice each hard-cooked egg and half and put one on each salad.
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
