Ingredients

  • 1 bag spinach
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 6 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®, hard-cooked
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup croutons

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2 bag of spinach to each bowl.
  2. Top equally with chopped bacon, chopped tomatoes, croutons, and 1/2 avocado.
  3. Slice each hard-cooked egg and half and put one on each salad.
  4. Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy!
