Ingredients
- 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
- 1 Choice of Bun
- 8 oz lean ground beef
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 leaf of romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Slice a bun in half and toast until golden brown; cool completely and set aside.
- Preheat your grill and prepare two 4-ounce burgers, adding your favorite seasoning.
- Grill for approximately 5 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, spray non-stick cooking spray.
- Once hot, crack two eggs and cook until whites are cooked through.
- To assemble each burger, top the bun with lettuce, the burger, egg and and tomato. Add your favorite condiments and enjoy.
