Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
  • 4 slices bacon cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped up spinach
  • Salt, as desired
  • Pepper, as desired
  • Italian seasoning, optional
  • Garlic powder, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out the pie dough and put it in the quiche pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk milk and eggs.
  3. Chop up spinach and bacon.
  4. Add the chopped spinach, bacon, and cheese to the quiche pan. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  5. Add your desired seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic). Do a quick mix.
  6. Bake it at 375°F for 30-40 minutes.
