Ingredients
- 4 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
- 1/8 cup heavy cream
- 2 pcs Prosciutto
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Crack 4 eggs into a bowl & beat them with heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour about 1/8 c egg mixture into a well-greased mini muffin pan. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- Add small pieces or rosettes or prosciutto and bake for 3 more minutes.
- Garnish with herbs if desired.
