Ingredients

  • 4 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
  • 1/8 cup heavy cream
  • 2 pcs Prosciutto
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl & beat them with heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour about 1/8 c egg mixture into a well-greased mini muffin pan. Top with shredded mozzarella and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
  4. Add small pieces or rosettes or prosciutto and bake for 3 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with herbs if desired.
