Ingredients
- 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
- 1 round roll
- 8 oz lean ground turkey, divided
- 2 slices, beefsteak tomato
- 2 leaves, romaine lettuce
- 2 slices, red onion
- 1 tablespoon, dijon mustard, divided
Preparation
- Split a round roll and toast until golden brown; cool completely and spread with dijon mustard; set aside.
- In a medium size nonstick skillet, prepare two 4-ounce turkey burgers, adding salt, pepper or your favorite seasonings; cooking for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side over high heat.
- In another large skillet over medium-high heat, crack two eggs and cook until whites are cooked through and yolks are firm, for approximately 4-5 minutes.
- To assemble burger, top each side of the round roll with lettuce, tomato, and the turkey burger, carefully laying 1 egg on top of each.
- Serve open-faced and enjoy!
