Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tortilla
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 28g cheese
- 6 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 tablespoon chili oil
- 2 Farmhouse Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Red pepper flakes to taste
Preparation
- Put oil on a pan or skillet, put tortilla on top and then spread some pesto.
- Add cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach, crack 2 eggs.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are done. Sprinkle some salt, red pepper flakes and chili oil and your breakfast pizza is ready!
