Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 28g cheese
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili oil
  • 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
  • Salt to taste
  • Red pepper flakes to taste

Preparation

  1. Put oil on a pan or skillet, put tortilla on top and then spread some pesto.
  2. Add cheese, cherry tomatoes and spinach, crack 2 eggs.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until eggs are done. Sprinkle some salt, red pepper flakes and chili oil and your breakfast pizza is ready!
