Ingredients

  • 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 tablespoons walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mash two ripe bananas.
  2. Mix in 2 eggs.
  3. Mix in almond flour, cinnamon and walnuts.
  4. Heat pan and add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking if desired.
  5. Add ¼ cup of batter per pancake.
  6. Cook on medium heat flipping only once.
