Ingredients
- 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 tablespoons almond flour
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 tablespoons walnuts
Preparation
- Mash two ripe bananas.
- Mix in 2 eggs.
- Mix in almond flour, cinnamon and walnuts.
- Heat pan and add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking if desired.
- Add ¼ cup of batter per pancake.
- Cook on medium heat flipping only once.
