Ingredients

  • 4 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®, hard-cooked
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop Farmhouse eggs that have been hard-cooked.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Divide into equal portions and serve in a sandwich or as a salad on lettuce!
