Ingredients

  • 2 Large FARMHOUSE EGGS®
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 Serrano peppers (optional)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 corn tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (any oil)
  • Cilantro bunch
  • Salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 spoon chicken bouillon (optional)

Preparation

  1. Use two tablespoons of oil to fry the tortillas until they are like tostadas.
  2. Set tostadas to the side.
  3. Cut tomato, cilantro, onion, serrano into diced pieces and put into a pot; simmer.
  4. Add 1 cup water, salt and Boullion.
  5. Add two tablespoons of oil to a pan and fry 2 eggs sunny side up.
  6. Place the tostada on the plate.
  7. Add eggs sunny side up add huevos ranchero sauce.
